Apartment Renovation in Mykolaiv
This spacious 200 m² apartment is located in an old Khrushchev-era building in the historic center of Mykolaiv. Previously abandoned and home to pigeons, the top-floor apartment underwent a complete transformation, as the owner was open to any changes necessary to bring the space to life.
The renovation began with major structural work: 50 cm of old flooring was removed, new windows were installed, and the entire building frame was reinforced. The new design combines functionality with refined aesthetics.
The interior features natural materials such as wood, marble, and glass, creating an atmosphere of warmth and sophistication. The centerpiece of the design is a striking circular fireplace, accompanied by a spacious kitchen with a bar area and a cozy lounge adorned with soft sofas and lush greenery.
Every detail has been carefully considered—from elegant lighting to modern built-in storage systems. This project is not just about creating a home but about integrating a comfortable, modern living space into the historical context of the city.
